Oakland area. We have heavy traffic over at the bay bridge toll plaza. Thats where the metering lights are switched on a few moments ago. Also very heavy traffic in oakland leaving the macarthur maze heading towards southbound 880. Thats where drivers are being funneled down to three lanes of traffic. We have a couple of lanes shut down because of roadwork and those lanes will be closed until at least 7 00 this morning.
