Elbert Barton “Buzz” Barker Jr., 78, died Sunday, Jan. 17, 2021. He was born Aug. 6, 1942, to the late Elbert Barton Barker and Dorothy Bristol Barker. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Ann Power King Barker; sister, Bonnie Hooper (Charles); brother-in-law, John Granville King Jr.; and three nephews, one niece, three great-nieces and one great-nephew.
