Standing at the back of that car when a 15yearold High School Sophomore was walking by. Police say the man didnt say a word. That he just reached out, grabbed her and tried to drag her away. It was just after 4 00 p. M. On a neighborhood street. Patricia richardson was getting ready for a nap when she heard the screams. I heard screaming, then she just said no then she screamed on top of her lungs, then i heard reporter this is loud. This is very loud.
