There are bands of thunderstorms that go all the way town to tampa, florida. This is very heavy rain. Now, rainfall rates of 2, 3, 4 inches per hour. Were tracking portions of so florida, upwards of a foot to up to 15 inches. It is moving as the storms continue to track through the carolinas this weekend.
