He was interviewed on cbss 60 minutes programme. Well have more from that in a moment. England heading for defeat . Divisions between the british and Irish Governments over how the Northern Ireland border works after brexit deepened today. The International Trade secretary, liam fox, said final decisions could only be made once the uk knows what its future eu trade deal would be.
