two violent sexual assaults that happened on 24th street. police believe this same man is responsible. kate thompson is live at 24th and a fair oaks, she is joining us live. k >> this is fair oaks where those attacks happened. we can show you video from earlier in the day, a few weeks ago there was a community meeting attended by hundreds of people. a big complaint was the lack of lighting and the committee was feeling that maybe that was one of the reasons the man was attacking the women here and they wanted the lights improved. they complained to the city and today they got action....
