We have developing news in oakland a shooting victim is in the hospital with lifethreatening injuries. The victim was shot in east oakland on 96th avenue near bancroft avenue last night. He was shot at least once, possibly in the head. They described the persons condition as grave. Neighbors reported hearing about 20 shots fired and police are asking any within koss tom forward.
