Police say the gunman identified as cedric ford chose his victims at random. The shootings took place across two towns about 35 miles north of wichita. The victims were hit by gunfire at two separate locations. It all ended when a Law Enforcement officer killed ford at a shootout at a plant where about 150 people were at work.
