On in to central san rafael, youre looking at a 20 minute drive from novato to the Golden Gate Bridge area. No metering lights at the bay bridge yet. If you have to be up and out, at least we have light traffic and we have road work just getting ready to to be picked up north 101 at the sir Frances Drake off ramp....
