Few weeks. Police say no drugs or alcohol were found at the scene. We have learned that while philly Police Conducted their investigation, officers from philadelphias housing authorities were being questioned. It is not unusual at all. We have learned from a high ranking source, two pha officers followed the officer us from outside jurisdiction. The also also says tha officers attempted to get behind him and chased him but never caught up. Their speed had not been determined. The high ranking source believed that the officers exercised poor judgment were told disciplinary action is forthcoming...
