principal found shot to death in his silver spring home on april 15. on fifth street northwest today, a woman arrested and charged with using brian betts stolen credit card. this neighbor, she saw the arrest go down. they took her pocketbook and put the hand cuffs on her and took her back in the house. reporter: and now they say she could be linked somehow to the murder of that principal. oh, no. i can t believe it. reporter: polic identified the fifth street suspect as 46-year-old artura williams. we ve charged her with two counts of credit card misuse. she had a credit card in her possession that belonged to mr. betts that was stolen from him we believe at the time of the murder. reporter: and she used that where? at the giant food store on east west highway in silver spring. reporter: and on what day did she use that? this happened on thursday, april 16, the day after he was found dead. reporter: that had to be a big break in this case. it was ....
