Shipman & Goodwin Managing Partner Leander Dolphin has been appointed by Gov. Ned Lamont to serve on the 12-member Connecticut Judicial Selection Commission, a body she will lead as chairperson. At its Sept. 29 meeting, commission members voted to have Dolphin serve as the panel’s new chairperson. Dolphin replaces Charles Tiernan III in that role.
