According to Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, Colorado's seven-day COVID-19 positivity rate has started to trend downward slightly.  On December 15, CDPHE Tweeted that Colorado's positivity rate is now 8.97 percent, ICUs are at 79 percent capacity, with 1,445 patients hospitalized with COVID.
