Will tell you, post katrina. Katrina was the thing that acknowledged for everybody, that something has to be in charge. You cant have a bunch of people pointing fingers. You cant have folks sitting around waiting to do something to actually do it. And so we resolved that as it related to at least those threat s that were relative to homeland security. When you look at the current threat of ebola and you ask what shook the trust of the American People it was a total lack of communication.
