Unbelievable. Well, not so unbelievable. Reporter if youre watching house of cards, it may seem like life is imitating art. The reality is brokered conventions dont happen often. The democrats had their last brokered convention in 1952 with stevenson was nominated. Republicans in 48 with thomas dewey. Both went on to lose in the general election. Trump clearly doesnt want to fight for votes at the convention. He said on cnn if he has the most number of votes going into the convention and doesnt automatically get the nomination, he thinks there could be riots. Dari we heard that loud and clear....
