I had a very, unique role i work in the mayors Budget Office for four years and was able to interact with almost all of the Department Heads in the city and each and every one of them to their credit recognized me as a valuable, colleague. And many of them indeed turned to me for issues and concerns that they were having i think that a lot of is rooted in lack of education and the abilities of people with disabilities i remember, that i speak fondly and i have a great memories of my work in the mayors office. But i can tell you that i recalled, distinctly, when i lost the issue of my blindness in my interview and offered them an opportunity, and offer them an opportunity to pose a question about how i will go about doing the job as an employee with a disability. Value the similar later of tastes. You may disagree with the republican or democrat but youre still basically american and share the same culture and you know your side is half wrong. When you hae mentality of im half wrong and hes probably half right, it will be easier to come to an agreement.
