A lot of us don't care what other people think about it. And then he said at 60 we discover nobody was thinking about us and all. We worry so months. One study suggests. That an average person's anxiety focuses on these areas 40 percent of our anxiety and I stress comes about thinking about things that will never happen oh are they going to come and take the car. I'm going to I'm never going to be able 40 percent of our stress comes on worrying about things that will never happen this is what they found in the study 30 percent of our stress came about the past things that we've done that we can't change 12 percent of our worrying came from the criticism by other people don't let other people's criticism bother you so you put on a few pumps praise the lot.
