Positive match to the car seen in this Surveillance Video and now they have a good idea of who was behind the wheel. A couple from central pennsylvania, turned that car into authorities after seeing it on tv news reports. Police say they do know who they are looking for. They have not released his identity to the news media because they have in the yet been arrested. They are trying to gather more evidence in order to put forward a good arrest warrant and take him into custody but once again that has not happened just yet.
