He put roxy over his head and threw her towards incoming traffic. Roxy survived being thumped on the pavement but she was later put down because she cuffed major injuries. Police are starting to collect data in the investigation. One witness saw it. Shes really small and he was big and i could tell he was going to hurt her. He wasnt going to get to the struggle in time to save roxy, but hes offering a 1,000 reward to catch the attacker.
