Reporter the man on the run is 2284 old Brandon Ruffin whos shots rentalled the life of a three Year Old Girl having her hair braided. Police say ruffin and accomplice 22 year old douglas woods arrived by bicycle at home on the 1500 block of etting street around 9 40 friday night.
