One of the challenges we found is that survivors who go through their college and go through Law Enforcement also are doubly traumatized and victimized. If the law will if the local Law Enforcement does not have specific person or group of people who are properly trained on how to conduct an interview and how to collect the forensic evidence, it can be doubly traumatizing.
