"Why not?" Washington Post columnist Dana Milbank asked that simple question last week after the normally publicity-mad Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) told him it had nothing to say about a BDS chapter's promotion of a "mapping project"
The BDS National Committee said the map is not aligned with the movement's embrace of non-violence.
Some progressive activists say they have concerns about the map, but don't want to play into a conservative narrative.
‘We ask that you investigate the use of the Mapping Project by extremist organizations,’ the lawmakers wrote in a letter to federal law enforcement officials
