watch this storminess. you see it off the carolina coast there bringing light rain showers to the outer banks. not much in the way of rain today although i couldn't rule out the possibility of an isolated shower or thunderstorm. particularly later in afternoon as we'll watch summertime heat build in. we are still 69 at reagan national. 71 in baltimore. 67 now in ocean city. earlier ocean city was in the 50s. fredericksberg is 68. and we'll warm up here in a big way. temperatures will jump another 20 degrees or so and be about 10 degrees warmer than yesterday. partly cloudy and hot. p...
