Already have a couple of inches and theres more storms heading towards Ashtabula County. So i put a tracker on this towards jefferson at about 4 15. You know, the ground is just not ready for all this heavy rain. And this isnt the only setup for it. So over the course of the next couple of hours, well continue to watch these storms funnel through sometimes over the exact same area over and over again.
