Until the shutdown is over, officers wont get paid to help visitors. I knew about the government shutdown. We didnt know it would affect national parks. It makes sense that it would. Reporter dozens of other parks are closed, including Stinson Beach and china beach. Cars line the shoulder of skyline boulevard and trash cans are overflowing. Facilities are less well managed. Theres dog poop all over the place over there. Parking, were all out on the shoulder and so forth. Reporter the gates here at fort funston will stay locked until the end of the government shutdown. They will not be stopping...
