Vicente Fox Queseda was born in Mexico City, Mexico on July 2, 1942. He was the son of Jose Luis Fox, an agriculturist, and Doña Mercedes Quesada. He was the second of nine children. At a young age, his family moved to the Farm San Cristobal, in the San Francisco area, located in the state of Guanajuato in Mexico.
In 1964, he became employed by the Coca-Cola company in Mexico, and he soon became the routesupervisor. It wasn't long until he became the manager of the company, being the youngest to become manager there. After working at Coca-Cola for some time, he decided to return to Guanajuato to explore some other possibilities in his life, perhaps politics.
