good morning. thanks for being with us. i'm marla tellez. >> i'm jon kelley. we start with developing news in concord where neighbors are ordered to stay inside after a shooting. this happened at lexington road and blackfield drive. a man got into a confrontation with police officers there. he fired at them and ran back into the home and tried to barricade himself inside. he later came out and surrendered. police are not saying if that man was hit. he was, however, taken to a local hospital. a shelter in place was ordered in that neighborhood briefly. that has since been lifted. to...
