In front of the white house, on the east side of the white house, at 15th and e streets. As he was driving, secret Service Officers told him to stop, but he didnt. He didnt pass the barricade, he later did get out of his car. Hes been taken into custody. But not arrested. So a little bit different there. Theyre currently doing a security sweep of that car, to make sure that nothing bad could have happened, or that this man didnt pose a bigger risk.
