Reporter parents say the district has done little to address the bullying, parents plan to attend a School Board Meeting tonight to demand action. The 8yearold boys father says the school is partly at fault. Without the right trained individuals in place he can get very frustrated. Some of those may manifest in some aggression. They have failed our son, they have failed the community, they have failed these parents and other children.
