Chaplain conroy let us pray. God of the universe, thank you for giving us another day. Throughout the country people mourn those whom they have lost. People lament the loss of businesses of normalcy. 100,000 have now died of covid19. They were democrats and republicans, they lived in urban areas and now more and more in rural areas. They were the desendents of men and women who were colonists or founding fathers, and immigrants who had recently become citizens. They were disproportionately people of color, but not only of color, and of every religion and culture in this nation. , when o lord, will we come to understand that we are all in this together . If we do not stand together we risk falling together. Heal the divisions within our body politic, within this chamber so that your healing power through our actions and good will can be manifest in our United States. Duty as a congress, and certainly our duty as a part of this committee to make sure hat that check we figuratively wrote to those veterans never comes back marked insufficient funds. And to make sure that that check, the benefits of that check dont come back redeemed in a delayed fashion. So we have done what is necessary to make sure that they get their benefits, that he they get them in a timely manner, that the claims backlog is eliminated, and that we facilitate whatever it takes to make sure that they are rewarded for their service to our country because the price of freedom, it is not free. Somebody had to pay that price. And the people who paid the price are the men and women who served our nation in uniform and are our veterans and families who also sacrificed as the Service Members wept to war. With that i yield back the balance of my time, and i urge the adoption of this bill and ask my colleagues to support it. The cha ....

From my discussions with Mental Health professionals over the years and research that has formed this legislation, it is clear that failure to address these challenges at a young age can harm performance at school and work and can lead to ever worsening mental and Behavioral Health outcomes later in life for individuals and for our country. Anxiety and reading disorders cooccur in approximately 25 of students, and for individuals whose reading challenges persist in adulthood, theres greater likelihood of depression, low selfesteem, and difficulty in social functioning. To break this cycle, the bill i authored would provide help for staff. Individuals and families with brothersponsored Health Insurance must also have robust access to treatment outside of school. Some insurers, unfortunately, have placed arbitrary cove ....
