Homeless crisis during the coronavirus outbreak. Today she addressed a plan to address it. We have live coverage tonight from ktvus amber lee. She has been speaking with the city officials overseeing the plan and those living on the streets. Reporter i also spoke with neighbors. They tell me homeless tents have taken over the tenderloin neighborhood. We took a look at the problem and how the city is responding.
