Richard M. Kitchen, 96, Dallas, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2021, at The Meadows Nursing Center, Dallas. Born in West Pittston, he was the son of the late William and Ida Goodridge Kitchen and was a graduate of West Pittston High School. He was employed by The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation as a surveyor’s assistant. Richard was a member of The Royal Amity Masonic Lodge #70. Daddow Isaacs American Legion Post 672, Dallas.
