In fact, they reported their two sus swelts worked together to lure a couple of freshman victims outside so they could be hit. Arrested last night, the alleged gunmen, Brandon Earl Tyler age 21 and alleged accomplice chandler tristan davenport, 19, accused of targeting two freshman boys february 4 outside a girlss jv basketball game at Frederick High School.
