And right now the storm system is still off to the north but were continuing to see the tropical pressure boosting up the storm and possibly bring us rainfall totals that could be three inches in some places and maybe even higher. The time line 6 00 a. M. , in the north bay, heavy pockets near middletown, also santa rosa, and still the north bay event by 9 and 10 00 a. M. Then it moves to the south, impacting the east bay peninsula and then down towards san jose. So with this storm as it moves in, im tracking main flood threats, the first one is marin, now in napa. The electrical cord was dangling to the side. The concern was that perhaps this could be a Pressure Cooker bomb, similar to the one that went off recently in new york city. San Francisco Police tells us they are on heightened alert because of the bombings on the east coast. Thats why they shut down a oneblock radius here by this bus stop. They called in the bomb squad.
