The low tide at 6 21 was at 2. 8 feet. In about 50 minutes, high tides hitting at 9. 2 feet. So were talking about a pretty big difference here. Our photographer henry stayed out here so he could capture the change in a time lapse. And you can see the shots taken here. So they were just taken a few minutes apart. That will show you just how fast the water was coming up. Now, king tides, not a scientific term, but very popular now referring to a particularly high tide.
