Coronavirus california is turning the corner. The number of new infections, hospitalizations and the percent of coronavirus tests coming back with a positive result, all of those categories are down and have been steadily declining for weeks. Highway early this afternoon. The sunset solidarity march began at sloat and protesters marched to lincoln. Demonstrators have gathered again in vallejo to protest the death of george floyd. The city, however, reeling and really on edge after reports of looting over the weekend. Last night city hall was broken into. A fire was set on the first floor. That caused the sprinklers to go off. The citys mayor says it is now uninhabitable in the building, and the police chief is really appalled at what he saw happening. This was a coordinated attack by organized individuals seeking to cause destruction and harm to our community. And no such acts will be tolerated. Vallejo did issue a curfew last night that started at 8 00 p. M. , lasting until 5 00 a. M. It is in place until further notice.
