Apartments. There is crime scene tape at the end of this parking lot and looks like a pretty good area that is core cordoned off here. This is the enter bay, and it is gated so we cant get inside to see exactly whats going on but you see the crime scene area from where we are standing right now. All tampa police are saying is they got a call around 4 00 in the afternoon saying t toddler was injured.
