We have coverage of the storm. Maureen naylor is in the south bay where there is heavy rain coming through. We will begin with meteorologist bill martin tracking the conditions. Right now it is raining and it is messy and everybody getting back to work and the rain has been pretty relentless. This morning it was there and this afternoon relentless. You see the warm air coming. Look at the airmass. Warm moisture air in the state. The cooler air getting pushed to the snort and seeing snow in the lower elevations.
