So a busy area here. Its unclear what went wrong, but witnesses say it was clear the balloon operator was trying to find an open spot to land and hoping to avoid all the trees and voltage lines nearby. Santa rosa police say they were aware of the balloon coming down but did not respond to the scene. Were working out to figure out which company was flying that balloon. But witnesses tell me a crew with a truck was here quickly to wrap up that balloon and carted off. But the good news is, nobody was hurt. Just sort of a speckcal here in downtown santa rosa as this balloon came down to the ground...
