Reporter it was a bizarre, violent incident that unfolded back in march outside a Police Station in landover. In a planned assault they say michael ford walked up and began firing off shots. They say his two brothers were there and one videotaped the attack. Officers came out of the building to confront the gunman. As they did, undercover officer jacai colson arrived at the scene. Minutes. News 4 midday starts now. A mess on metro, theyre still cleaning up the red line. Right now two track problems, one at medical tr and one at woodley park. Metro says one of the problems involved a power cable, the other one an arcing insulator. The problem started around 6 00 this morning. Crews are working to get it all fixed, but the delays have people running 45 minutes late even now. And as that problem is going on metro being called on the carpet again, this time on capitol hill.
