This morning were watching for the flooding and the spinouts. Those were the issue. But the bigger issue now getting out of San Francisco is the issue getting onto the lower deck of the bay bridge. What im told now, theyre settled on folks traveling towards the eastbound deck of the bay bridge. Thats the lower deck out of San Francisco.
