A woman was driving erratically in this area. Smashing into other cars and police had to use lethal force to stop her. There are several vehicle inside the crime scene tape. The assumption is that those vehicle were all involved. Were struck. Hit by this womans vehicle during this incident. There are reports that police say there were people running from the scene. Possibly running from the car itself. At this time as we mention the police not given the official word and we are waiting for that to happen.
