General that they believe they are fairly certain that the body found in the stair well yesterday morning was that of lynn spalding. They still dont have 100 id. Lynn spalding, the 57yearold woman, a patient, was admitted on september 19th to be treated for an infection, but last seen by a nurse just two days later. Family and friends have circulated flyers searchingg fo the mother of two. A worker at sf general found a womans body on the fourth floor exterior stairwell, but apparently it wasnt used very often.
