Front of Robert Sanders Elementary School off to the right side of the screen. The car kept going until it crashed into that home right there, that suv which you can see is smushed into the garage. The car is underneath the blue tarp on Mount Pleasant road. We spoke with a young man who lives in that house who appeared to be shaken up over what happened. He showed us video that he had just shot after the crash. It shows the driver unresponsive in the front seat. His head slumped backwards with what appears to be blood pouring out of his mouth. There is broken glass on the road leading up to the driveway which seems to indicate that someone shot the man through his car window while he was driving. Police would only confirm to us they found the man with at least one gunshot wound. What is already the third homicide for the city of san jose this year, a city coming off the year 2016 which was the deadly est year since 1991.
