Has been shot and killed by San Francisco police. They just started reopening some of the roads here. This is in the bayview in San Francisco. This woman was shot one time by one officer who only fired one shot. The confrontation taking place about 9 45 a. M. Police were out looking for stolen cars at the time and they found one on elmira street where it dead ends under 280. Officers tried to talk to her. They say she tried to drive off.
