As dennis mentioned we did have one, a minor recordable incident, a gentleman cut his arm while installing reinforcing steel and he did not want to leave the job and wrapped it up in duct tape and kept working and noticed that the blood was still dripping and so his foreman did send him in to get a few stitches, but minor only 12 stitches and he was back to work and is still working as far asvy been told.
