cam video and say an investigation is now under way. and we do want to warn that some viewers may find this video difficult to watch. here's abc's alex presha. >> reporter: an ohio k-9 police officer is under investigation tonight after ordering his dog to attack an unarmed suspect who had already surrendered and had his hands in the air. it happened july 4th. officers tried pulling 23-year-old truck driver jadarrius rose over for a missing mudflap. police say rose refused, starting a chase. at one point, rose veers to the right, forcing a highway patrolman to the shoulder. in another instance, police dashcam video shows rose pulling over, and as officers order him out of the rig at gunpoint, he takes off again. roughly seven minutes later in the video, officers slow the truck down using spike strips. rose seen here getting out, complying with commands and his hands up. to the left you can see circleville k-9 officer ryan speakman crossing the grass with his service dog. >> do not release the dog with his hands up. >> reporter: this ohio highway patrolman repeatedly warns

Fun fact: Dairy and meat both make me feel horrible.
It took a lot of testing, but I finally figured out why my digestive system was being such a hater, and why my acne was out of control. I slowly but surely removed both from my diet (dairy first, then red meat, and then finally turkey and chicken).... and now I feel fantastic! I still eat seafood (give me a good lobster roll any day!), but other than that .... I pretty much go Vegan.
Before you give me the whole "then how do you get protein?!?!?" lecture - chill. You don't get protein from just meat. There are plenty of other sources, like actual protein powder (I love the simple pea protein at Trader Joe's), chick peas, beans, broccoli, quinoa, and more.
