Covid-19 Vaccination FAQ: Does second vaccine dose have to be taken at the same centre where you took the first?

Mumbai: With the COVID-19
vaccination drive operating at full pace, scores of Mumbaikars, who have already taken the first dose are now gearing up for their second jab.
However, a number of beneficiaries have raised doubts if they can take the second dose of the vaccine from a centre different from the one where they had taken the first one.
A netizen took to Twitter to inform Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (
BMC) officials that he was denied the second dose at a vaccine centre as he did not take the first jab there. He added that the centre turned down his request despite having an adequate stock of the vaccine.
