Philadelphias Water Department says they started getting cams at about 8 30 this morning about a massive amount of water flowing down germantown avenue toward jefferson. They did have to evacuate a day care as a precaution. We were told no injuries there, and they do not believe they had any water in the basement. Thats a key element that the Water Department is looking at is how many homes along here were affected, had water damage at all.
