Davao to regulate shops encroaching on public roads

DAVAO CITY - Business shops using portions of public roads in this city are ordered by the City Transport and Traffic Management Office (CTTMO) to register for regulation and inspection. CTTMO said Friday it will start requiring shops such as auto repair and carwash businesses to register, as mandated under the Davao City Transport and Traffic Code of 2012 or the Davao City Ordinance No. 0334-12.
